We have an incredibly exciting opening with our sales operations team, based out of our vibrant London or Cambridge office! This position is perfect for someone eager to be part of a dynamic global team, supporting our Sales representatives, Directors, and VPs in achieving their KPIs. This role offers the fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to make a direct impact on our overall corporate success!
The Sales Operations Executive will provide essential operational and analytical support to our global sales teams. We are looking for an energetic and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is analytical, and highly organised. The ideal candidate will be able to adjust their workflow seamlessly due to various ad hoc requests while still delivering regular reporting. This position involves regular interaction with numerous senior staff across several internal teams and requires a confident and professional individual who shines in a collaborative atmosphere! This is a hybrid role, and we expect you to work a minimum of 2 days a week in our London or Cambridge office.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring that all contracts closed are accurately uploaded onto the CRM system.
- Input deployment information, using knowledge gained from the technical side of the business to verify the validity of different combinations of products when inputting them into the system.
- Input financial data that will feed into our financial database, Workday.
- Ability to identify and use problem-solving techniques to ensure complete deal and data accuracy at all times.
- Constantly striving to look for ways to improve the speed and accuracy of the deal process.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines at month-end and work quickly and efficiently to ensure that all tasks are completed within the given time frame.
- Process amendment letters and alterations to customers' contracts.
- Ability to build relationships with other teams, including the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Development teams, to increase process workflow, particularly during the busy month-end period.
- Act as the CRM support for the global sales team, answering daily email queries sent through to shared mailboxes.
- Assist in the implementation of Salesforce from our in-house built CRM system.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues – be able to quickly identify the source of the issue and find a solution while keeping excellent communication with the Sales team while the issue is being fixed.
- Liaise with the development team to fix any issues that arise.
- Come up with creative suggestions on how to improve the CRM system, working with different teams to note down their ideas and log improvements that will allow all teams to use the system with greater simplicity and ease.

What experience do I need:
- Must be able to work independently to numerous personal and team deadlines, while consistently identifying areas for improvement.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interact and build rapport with all levels of sales/data management.
- Very strong organisational and independent project management skills.
- An understanding of formulas, functions, and pivot tables in Excel, alongside the ability to analyze large data sets.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, for creation of reporting slide decks and original sales documents for distribution.
- Experience using Salesforce on an admin/entry level.
