Darktrace, a global AI-driven cybersecurity leader, is seeking a Renewals Manager to drive on-time renewals, retention and expansion for a portfolio of named accounts. Based in Munich, you will work 2–3 days per week in the office, collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, manage 150–200 existing customers, update Salesforce, and use Darktrace Academy to deepen product knowledge.
This role requires fluent German and English and strong communication skills.
