What will I be doing: At Darktrace, as a Renewals Manager, you will be responsible for exceeding our customer retention targets across our accounts within EMEA. You will partner with the regional sales and customer success teams to ensure that our customers are seeing the full value of the software, leading to a successful renewal. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that is quota carrying. Working across multiple teams to secure renewals and close upsell opportunities within assigned territories. Forecasting and delivering against substantial retention targets. Managing negotiations with both customers and partners and taking the lead in resolving service delivery and support account issues affecting the renewal. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of attending our London office a minimum of twice a week. You will also have the opportunity for occasional travel nationally and internationally to visit clients.
What experience do I need: The successful candidate will likely have strong experience in account management, with a focus on renewals in a SaaS organisation. We will be interested to explore your track record and approach to renewals as part of the interview process. It’s likely that your skills will also include:
- Excellent communication skills and an ambitious approach.
- Experience working in a fast-paced renewals role with strong closing experience.
- The ability to work collaboratively with other sales teams to achieve your goals.
- Confidence when speaking with C-level executives within the customers' organisation.

Benefits we offer:
- 23 days paid holiday, increasing to 25 days after two years’ service plus UK bank holidays.
- Additional birthday day off.
- Salary Sacrifice pension scheme with 4% employer contribution and minimum 5% employee contributions.
- Optional BUPA private medical insurance for you and your immediate family.
- Life assurance with a benefit of 4x your annual basic salary.
- Employee Assistance Programme offering both online and telephone support and resources to you and your family.
