Job Description
As a Partner Operations Manager for our rapidly-growing Partner business, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and empowering our Partners and Channel Managers. You will be supporting Channel, Cloud Marketplace, and Systems Integrators partnerships across EMEA and APJ. This role requires a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to change while supporting functions like onboarding, deal registration support, marketplace operations, data integrity, and escalations. This role is based out of our London or Cambridge office, with expected attendance of 2 days a week.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Supporting deal registration, pipeline management, and CPQ workflows
- Overseeing AWS/Microsoft Marketplace operations, including co-sell/partner-led pipeline sharing and executing private offers
- Developing and implementing efficient onboarding/offboarding procedures for Partners and Channel Managers
- Maintaining accurate data across CRM and PRM systems through regular audits and updates
- Managing and prioritizing Partner support cases, ensuring timely resolution and identifying areas for improvement
What Experience Do I Need?
- Proven experience in partner operations, sales operations, marketplace operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), partner management platforms (e.g., Tackle, PRM systems).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify and optimize complex workflows.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work cross-functionally to drive results.
