What will I be doing:
Do you have experience as a regional marketing specialist with proven results delivering a balanced mix of strategies and execution for Northern Europe? Do you have ideas for how to increase quality customer engagement, satisfaction, and marketing sourced pipeline? Are you enthusiastic about building strong relationships across all stakeholders and audiences? If this resonates with you, then join Darktrace and the Global Growth Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Specialist, Regional Marketing for the Benelux and Nordics regions and bring your expertise, curiosity, continuous learning, and ability to be a team collaborator. This position will be working 2 days a week from our London Office.
You’ll be strategically planning your own marketing plans and managing Northern Europe’s GTM strategy and execution plans that aligns globally, to drive quarterly results across segments. You’ll be creative in finding new ways to accelerate customer engagement for new logos and existing customer base to drive meetings and marketing sourced pipeline. You’ll also be:
- Creating and executing a mix of virtual and live prospect and customer events that evangelize the brand, drive customer awareness and education for AI and cybersecurity innovation and increase engagements, meetings, and conversions across every stage of the customer journey.
- Maintaining regional events calendar.
- Planning, orchestrating and executing industry tradeshows and conferences and Darktrace-led events to engage, accelerate and network with prospects and customers.
- Executing regional channel and strategic alliance marketing initiatives aligned to worldwide strategy.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with GTM leaders and stakeholders to share insights, setting market priorities, and communicating quarterly plans and performance.
- Managing operational systems, processes, and budget within the EMEA team to ensure program and data accuracy.
What experience do I need:
A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. You will come with solid marketing experience preferably in demand generation and/or field and partner marketing in a fast-paced, high growth environment. You’ll come with demonstrable knowledge of the Northern Europe market and tangible regional marketing experience working with field sales, channel and alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams. It’s likely that you’ll also have:
- Expertise in project, program, and event management, with strong demonstratable operational and organization skills and mastery of planning & execution frameworks.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and fiscal responsibility.
- Performance expertise measuring key KPIs, metrics, and insights to accelerate business outcomes.
- Full proficiency in English and one of the following languages (Dutch/Danish/Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish).
