We are seeking an experienced Channel Solutions Engineer to join our Partner team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background, cybersecurity expertise, and experience enabling partners to successfully position, technical sell, and deliver services.

This role combines technical pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution development to drive partner-led growth.

What will I be doing?

As a Channel Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with partners, distributors, and internal field teams to build technical capability, build and accelerate opportunities, and increase partner self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities include

  • Aligning technical services with customer business needs to drive partner-led revenue.
  • Delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations.
  • Building strong relationships with partner technical teams and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Enabling partners to develop repeatable solutions and service offerings around Darktrace technologies.
  • Supporting partners on strategic opportunities through discovery, solution design, and technical guidance.
  • Growing partner capability through coaching, mentoring, and technical enablement.
  • Maintaining partner development plans that track capability, certifications, solution maturity, and business growth.
  • Contributing to wider technical initiatives and sharing knowledge across the organisation.

What experience do I need?

We welcome applications from individuals with extensive experience in technical sales/solution engineering, ideally within a partner or channel ecosystem.

You will also likely have

  • Experience working with channel partners, VARs, MSPs, or distributors.
  • Strong cybersecurity, networking, or cloud technology knowledge.
  • Experience designing and presenting technical solutions to customers and partners.
  • Strong competitor awareness and differentiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for developing partner capability and driving partner success.
