At Darktrace, we are building a team of creative, ambitious individuals who are passionate about elevating a world-class blue-chip brand. Our in-house creative agency plays a critical role in shaping how the Darktrace story is told—across digital, print, video, events, and beyond. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Creative Traffic Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the heart of our creative function, ensuring projects flow efficiently from brief to delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role will follow a hybrid working model, with two days per week based in our London office. The position is expected to be available from September.

What will I do?

  • Manage workflows, coordinate resources, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Own and manage the intake process for new creative requests, ensuring all briefs are complete, clear, and actionable.
  • Facilitate briefings and kick-offs, capturing key requirements and aligning stakeholders.
  • Assess team capacity and workload, prioritising projects based on business needs and deadlines.
  • Allocate resources effectively across internal teams and external agencies where required.
  • Manage and optimise project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Workfront) to track progress and maintain transparency.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between creative, marketing, and wider business teams.
  • Monitor timelines and proactively resolve risks or bottlenecks.
  • Review creative outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Produce regular reporting and insights on workload, performance, and project progress.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency.

What experience do I need?

  • Experience in a traffic management, project management, or account coordination role (agency or in-house creative team preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Adobe Workfront.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders when needed.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to a range of creative outputs (digital, web, print, campaigns).
