Darktrace is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to play a key role in implementing and maintaining IAM strategies and solutions that keep our organization secure. This position bridges business and technical teams, ensuring IAM initiatives align with strategic goals while minimising user impact. This dynamic IAM role suits someone delivery focused, able to work across multiple teams, with a passion to learn and adapt to new and emerging threats. You’ll support identity‑related activities across the business, including access governance, privileged access, onboarding, audits, and compliance.
This role will be hybrid, 2 days a week from our London or Cambridge office.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate: Engage with stakeholders to understand system integrations, workflows, and data flows.
- Drive IAM Programmes: Capture requirements, define IAM standards, and create BAU operating models.
- Manage Operations: Oversee access reviews, audits, and JML processes; assist with IAM system integration.
- Design Solutions: Implement identity lifecycle management, authentication (MFA/SSO), and access governance.
- Ensure Compliance: Work with cross‑functional teams to enforce secure access controls.
- Continuous Improvement: Review architecture, integrate IAM principles (least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, Zero Trust), and seek stakeholder feedback.
- Access Oversight: Manage provisioning, de‑provisioning, and role‑based access across systems and regions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Cyber Security or related field.
- Experience in cyber security or IT.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident working in diverse teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and time management.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver IAM programmes.
