Graduate Technical Author – Job Description
As a Graduate Technical Author, you’ll work closely with our R&D, Design, and UX/UI teams, gaining hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge technologies and building relationships with the experts behind them. Your role will be pivotal in creating technical materials that support our customers, partners, and the wider Darktrace community. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days per week in our Cambridge headquarters.
What will I be doing?
- Assist end users and draft technical material for various audiences.
- Collaborate with translators to provide multi‑language support.
- Write, edit, and proofread technical documentation.
- Curate content and liaise with translators for multiple language support.
- Review documentation and provide feedback.
What experience do I need?
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
