Office Administrator – Front of House Reception
Darktrace is a global leader in AI for cybersecurity. The Front of House Office Administrator will join our Facilities team in London, serving as the first point of contact for everyone who visits our office.
What will I be doing
- Act as the first point of contact, greeting visitors with a warm and professional welcome.
- Direct visitors to the correct person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary stationery and material.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily post and deliveries.
- Control access via the reception desk, including monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Order front‑office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
What experience do I need
- Previous reception or front‑of‑house experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, warm attitude with a strong customer‑service focus.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Hands‑on experience with office equipment such as scanners and printers.
Daily working hours are 08:30 – 17:00 with an hour lunch break.
