As the Technical Content team is still in its early stages (just over a year old), this role offers the opportunity to shape how we support the Product team within Research & Development, contributing directly to how complex ideas are communicated internally and externally.
What will I be doing:
- Developing, maintaining, and debugging our suite of Go‑To‑Market product demos used worldwide across the business
- Collaborating with Product and R&D to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling demonstrations
- Organising and facilitating the production of multimedia enablement materials — including storyboards, scripts, and voiceovers
- Partnering with Enablement, Education, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, high‑quality content aligned to shared organisational goals
- Contributing to onboarding frameworks and technical learning materials that support R&D and other technical teams
- Continuously improving demo architecture and content workflows to ensure they remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with evolving business priorities
Current Technology Stack: Javascript, Node.js, Pug, React, Typescript
What experience do I need:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in software engineering or a related technical field
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., GitHub or GitLab)
- A foundational understanding of Javascript and CI/CD pipelines
- Interest in content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
- A genuine interest in cybersecurity and AI
