What the job involves
- Join Darktrace as a Specialist Technical Author and play a key role in shaping the materials that help our customers, partners, and global community understand and engage with our technology
- Working closely with R&D, Design, and UX/UI teams, you’ll immerse yourself in our products, collaborate with subject‑matter experts, and translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content
- This is a hybrid position, requiring two days per week in our Cambridge office
- Identifying areas where technical documentation is needed and creating content tailored to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding
- Writing, editing, and proofreading a range of technical materials
- Reviewing documentation produced by others and providing constructive feedback
