The Product Executive (Operations) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing product operations to enhance efficiency and drive strategic goals. This position focuses on streamlining internal processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of product lifecycle activities. This position requires working closely with the product team, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and solve operational issues, and optimize workflows. This is a hybrid role, and the expectation would be to work at least 2 days a week in the Cambridge office.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end delivery of our product operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of product development processes, ensuring that the business is equipped with the insight and structure needed to deliver exceptional product outcomes.
- Developing business processes to streamline product development
- Identifying areas for improvement
- Participating in project planning and delivery
- Analysing data to help product management make better-informed decisions
Ideal candidates will have effective communication and team collaboration skills, along with either a keen interest in or prior experience in product management or a product-focused role. Additionally, candidates should show the following:
- Organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability of project management
- The ability to meet operational objectives effectively and efficiently
- Advanced communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience writing technical documents or long-form academic material
- Great attention to detail
- Capacity to work with a range of different skill levels, from experienced engineers to junior end-users
- Strong independent analysis and documentation skills
