- Investigate and analyse cyber alerts using Darktrace AI
- Identify unusual activity and potential threats across networks
- Support real‑time security incidents and post‑incident investigations

- Communicate findings clearly to customers
- Write concise reports and summaries of your investigations
- Share interesting cases and insights with the team

Qualifications
- A strong interest in cybersecurity, technology, or problem‑solving
- A professional attitude and respect for teammates and customers
- Confidence in learning new systems and asking questions when needed
- Ability to work onsite in Cambridge, Monday to Friday
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
- A clear commitment to data security, confidentiality, and ethical working
- A post‑16 academic or vocational qualification (A Levels, BTEC, T Level or similar)
- Are reliable, organized, and able to manage your time
- Are naturally curious and like learning how things work
- Communicate clearly, in writing and in conversation
- Stay calm when figuring out something new
- Want a path into cybersecurity, even if you’ve never studied it before
