We’re looking for a Director of Product to play a key role in shaping our product capability within our Platform Services division. This is an opportunity for a highly experienced product leader who brings strong product craft, external perspective, and a passion for driving impact at scale.

You’ll lead a small team of product professionals, while also influencing product strategy, ways of working, and outcomes across a broader set of teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Own and evolve your product area, developing a deep understanding of customer needs, use cases, and value drivers.
  • Ensure the product delivers maximum value through strong feature design, performance, and customer enablement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Product Managers/Product Owners, building a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Lead through influence, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve product practices and outcomes across Platform Services.
  • Bring fresh thinking and external best practices to continuously raise the bar on product strategy and execution.
  • Work closely with Engineering to shape and deliver a high-quality product roadmap.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure clear, compelling product positioning.

Qualifications:

  • A track record of applying learnings from different environments to improve product outcomes.
  • Experience leading and developing product talent (even within smaller teams).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Significant product management experience, ideally within Enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong collaboration across Engineering, UX, and commercial teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to drive alignment at senior levels through influence.
