As a Cyber Analyst at Darktrace, you’ll be at the forefront of defending businesses against evolving cyber threats. This role offers the perfect blend of technical analysis, customer interaction, and continuous learning. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support, making it an excellent opportunity for entry‑level professionals or those looking to develop their skills in cybersecurity. This is a hybrid position that requires attendance in the Cambridge office at least two days a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Using the Darktrace platform and supporting tools to investigate alerts and produce reports.
  • Monitoring network traffic for unusual patterns and identifying threat trends.
  • Assessing risks and implementing straightforward security measures.
  • Researching emerging threats and phishing techniques to help customers stay protected.
  • Answering basic customer queries via email or chat with clear, simple responses.
  • Sharing knowledge internally and externally, including writing technical blog posts.
  • Representing Analyst work and cybersecurity principles confidently in customer‑facing engagements.
  • Staying up to date with the latest developments and trends in cybersecurity.
