As the Salesforce Developer, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce from the ground up, ensuring the platform is strategically designed and configured to align with our business objectives. This includes gathering and translating stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions, overseeing data migration and system integration, and establishing best practices for user adoption and ongoing platform optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce across the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Identify and resolve system bugs to maintain platform stability and performance.
- Define development goals, timelines, and milestones for Salesforce projects.
- Ensure the system architecture aligns with the agreed solution design.
- Monitor platform performance to ensure it meets current and future business needs.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices.
- Manage data migration and integration with existing systems.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading successful Salesforce implementations and delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions.
- The ideal candidate holds multiple Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, and Advanced Admin.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and frameworks, including Lightning and CPQ.
- A solid understanding of database scripting languages such as MySQL, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and APEX coding standards.
- This role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
