  • Contribute to Workday release management, including regression testing, feature assessment and the optimisation of new functionality.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests while maintaining a high standard of support.
  • Build strong relationships with HR functional leaders, business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Review and continuously improve business processes across the Workday environment.
  • Support the implementation and regular testing of system security controls.
  • Contribute to wider business initiatives involving Workday, HR technology and connected platforms.
  • Support the broader Back Office Platforms team with cross-functional solutions.

What we are looking for

  • Experience supporting Workday releases, testing activities or feature deployments.
  • A good understanding of HR processes, data quality, reporting and system controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with HR, IT and business stakeholders.
  • A user-focused approach, with an interest in improving processes and making systems easier to use.

  • Put security first.
  • Deliver outstanding business support.

If you are passionate about improving HR technology, enjoy working closely with stakeholders and want to help shape how Workday supports a growing global organisation, we would love to hear from you.

Benefits:

  • 23 days’ holiday + all public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service.
  • Additional day off for your birthday.
