Job Description: As Darktrace continues to expand its global presence, our website serves as a critical touchpoint for customers, partners, and prospects. We're looking for a strategic leader who can ensure this platform not only performs flawlessly but also evolves to meet the demands of a dynamic, data-driven marketing ecosystem.

What will I be doing: We're looking for a Web Architect to own and optimize the technical and operational backbone of Darktrace's global website, which is powered by Webflow. You'll manage the systems and workflows that power darktrace.com, ensuring the site functions reliably, stays secure, and can scale and integrate with the rest of our marketing stack, including CRM and analytics tools. You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Website Performance, Reliability & Monitoring - Ensuring site reliability and performance by monitoring uptime, optimizing core web vitals, and resolving issues such as slow pages or heavy assets. Managing infrastructure and scalability through hosting/CDN configuration and redundancy planning to maintain business continuity.
  • Integrations & Automation - Managing integrations and analytics by overseeing form infrastructure with HubSpot, configuring GTM/GA4, and implementing cookie consent and tracking logic in compliance with regulations. Extending functionality and automation through serverless functions to address WebFlow limitations and streamline workflows.
  • CMS Architecture & Webflow Management - Evaluating CMS structure and optimizing fields, metadata, templates, and workflows to make content management intuitive for marketing.
  • Technical SEO/AEO Implementation - Implementing changes recommended by our SEO team around schema markup, href logic, advanced redirects, sitemap and crawl customization.
  • Access Control - Managing user roles across Webflow and related tools.
  • Documentation - Documenting processes and contributing to the governance of website architecture and operations.

What experience do I need: We're seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a forward-thinking mindset. This role requires not only strong skills in web architecture but also the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions. In addition, you must demonstrate:

  • Deep expertise in the core areas outlined above, with experience in Webflow (or a comparable CMS/DXP) and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • An AI-first approach, constantly exploring how emerging technologies can drive positive business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business impact.
  • A proactive, curious problem-solver who approaches challenges holistically and thrives on finding interconnected solutions.

Benefits:

  • 23 days' holiday + all public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service.
  • Additional day off for your birthday.
  • Private medical insurance which covers you, your cohabiting partner and children.
  • Life insurance of 4 times your base salary.
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme.
  • Enhanced family leave.
  • Confidential Employee Assistance Program.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
