Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Focused on establishing, maintaining and growing broad and deep relationships within each customer account
- Manage sales and renewal processes through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close
- Develop, deliver and campaign federal quarterly/yearly business plans
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast paced and evolving environment
- Motivate and mobilize customers and cross functional partners through diplomatic collaboration and unambiguous communication
- Anticipate, identify and meet your customers’ needs
- See conflict as opportunity and can assess situations and find common ground quickly
- Educate customers on the capabilities of Darktrace Federal software solutions
- Drive the development of solution-based mission value KPIs
- Facilitate executive meetings that measure progress and business impact
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years Federal Acquisitions and Federal Sales Experience
- 5+ years Federal Contracts and Program engagement experience
- 2 + years of cybersecurity sales experience preferred
- Hunter sales mentality & experience required
- Ideal candidate will have exp. selling SIEM/SOAR tools, Vulnerability Management solutions to DoD/IC/Fed-Civ
- Ideal candidate will have exp. selling Email security to DoD/IC/Fed-Civ
- Deep Federal Systems Integrators (FSI) experience required
- Marketing and lead generation knowledge in the government space
- Successful experience managing a portfolio of clients consisting of large global companies with a high-level of complexity, focus and intensity
- Driven to exceed revenue and renewal targets
- Know how to get things done through formal channels and informal networks
- Exemplify leadership and leverage internal resources to the outcomes sought by Darktrace Federal
