Job Description: Join Darktrace as a specialist Technical Author and play a key role in shaping the materials that help our customers, partners, and global community understand and engage with our technology. Working closely with R&D, Design, and UX/UI teams, you’ll immerse yourself in our products, collaborate with subject‑matter experts, and translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content. This is a hybrid position, requiring two days per week in our Cambridge office.
What will I be doing:
- Identifying areas where technical documentation is needed and creating content tailored to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading a range of technical materials.
- Reviewing documentation produced by others and providing constructive feedback.
What experience do I need:
- Demonstrated experience in a technical writing or documentation-focused role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
