In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Commercial, and Technology, translating strategic priorities into structured, measurable delivery outcomes. Working closely with the GTM Product Lead, you will ensure initiatives are delivered with pace, transparency, and clear commercial impact. This role requires someone who can seamlessly switch between hands-on delivery execution (e.g. sprint planning, integrations, UAT) and senior stakeholder engagement, driving prioritisation, alignment, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the GTM Product Lead
    • Translate the GTM product vision and roadmap into clear delivery plans.
    • Define success metrics and measurable outcomes for key initiatives.
    • Act as a delivery partner to ensure product intent is maintained.
    • Connect stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering.
  • Lead GTM Platform Delivery
    • Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM initiatives.
    • Ensure delivery drives commercial outcomes (pipeline, conversion, forecasting, insight).
    • Maintain integrated plans, dependencies, and milestones.
    • Create a trusted view of delivery priorities.
    • Translate technical constraints into business options.
  • Governance, Planning & Execution
    • Lead planning activities including sprint planning and design reviews.
    • Drive PMO governance and manage risks and dependencies.
    • Maintain delivery momentum and resolve blockers.
    • Manage escalations effectively.
  • Partner & Vendor Management
    • Lead delivery across internal teams and external partners.
    • Hold vendors accountable for scope, timelines, and quality.
    • Manage multiple workstreams and escalations.
  • Value, Prioritisation & Outcomes
    • Align initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
    • Facilitate prioritisation with stakeholders.
    • Provide visibility on capacity, sequencing, and confidence.
