Due to growth in our Integrated Systems Department, we currently have an excellent career opportunity for a talented Security Systems Commissioning Engineer to join us.
THE ROLE
Seeking an experienced Security Commissioning Engineer to join a rapidly growing team working on some very prestige projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of Security systems including but not limited to: Texecom, Galaxy, Dahua, Paxton, BPT.
Capable of leading commissioning of projects from start to completion, working alongside project managers to ensure compliance both with the installation and paperwork. The successful candidate will be expected to work on various projects including within London.
Develop your technical expertise through cross-training across multiple fire technologies and build a rewarding career within the security industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commissioning of security systems (CCTV, access control, video entry and intruder alarms)
- Conduct site audits throughout projects prior to commissioning
- Assist with 1 st and 2 nd fix when required
- Ensure compliance to relevant standards and regulations
- Completion relevant commissioning paperwork
- Mentoring of apprentices & staff
- Assisting with maintenance on previously commissioned projects
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Full UK driving license
- Experience of networking and integrating systems
