We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP Consultant to drive complex ECC to S/4HANA transformation programmes for enterprise clients. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for guiding organisations through large-scale SAP transformation initiatives across programme delivery, solution design, data migration, governance, and transition into BAU operations. You will work closely with CXX, Programme Directors, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver successful SAP transformations from strategy through execution.
- Lead end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration programmes
- Drive programme governance, planning, delivery, and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee data migration, data quality, and business readiness activities
- Manage cross-functional teams across functional, technical, and data workstreams
- Support target operating model and transformation roadmap development
10+ years SAP consulting experience.
- Proven leadership of large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Excellent understanding of SAP functional and technical landscapes.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple geographies (Manufacturing, Finance, FMCG, retail, logistics, or complex global SAP environments).

- Strong commercial awareness and programme governance capability.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to SAP MDG, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics, and cloud transformation.

- Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and audit alignment within SAP programmes.
- Experience with migration tooling such as Syniti, SNP, or SAP Data Services.
Hybrid Role - On client site as and when required to engage as necessary with the client.
