What you’ll be doing: We are looking for a commercially minded Junior Originator with a high-performing mindset to push the boundaries and maximise multi-product expertise, ready to trade Environmental Certificates for Dare’s Sustainable Solutions team. You will:
- Define a schedule of clients on products such as Voluntary Carbon Credits, Renewable Energy Credits (Electricity, Biogas), and other similar unregulated environmental certificates of buyers primarily in Germany through cold calling, mailing etc.
- Generate demand-side and sell-side opportunities on EACs (Energy Attribute Certificates) and Voluntary Carbon.
- Start to generate PnL once you build up your client portfolio.
- Represent Dare and the Sustainable Solutions team as a strong player in the market, ensuring positive trade, client, and competitor feedback in the market.
- Creatively think of innovative solutions, leading to smart and profitable trades.
You’ll have:
- Excellent relationship management skills, including the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, cold calling, and engaging people actively and tirelessly.
- Native or Bilingual proficiency in German.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to understand complex problems and design innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external relationships appropriately.
