As our PA/Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face of the CEO's office, managing front-of-house and providing valuable PA support. You'll thrive on being the first point of contact, meeting and greeting internal and external partners for the CEO.
- Manage CEO's calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling and providing thoughtful reminders and prep work for meetings.
- Anticipate needs of the CEO's office, handling tasks like booking travel, managing expenses, and preparing documents.
- Collaborate with the team's EA/PA, covering for each other and ensuring smooth department operations.
- Order and pay for CEO's weekly meals (delivered to Dare office).
- Assist with booking appointments and paying invoices.
- Meet and greet internal/external stakeholders and clients warmly.
- Ensure CEO's office and meeting rooms are immaculate, providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle front-of-house operations, including answering calls and managing visitor lists.
- Build relationships, remembering names, roles, and important details.
- Stay organised and proactive in managing visitor arrivals.
- Be a proactive problem-solver, ready with solutions in high-pressure situations.
You’ll have:
- Up to 2 years of experience as a PA/Receptionist or in front of house roles.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Experience in fast-paced settings, handling urgent requests.
- Confidence in decision-making and task prioritisation.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience creating efficient processes.
- Previous work in high-pressure, fast-paced roles.
- Experience with high-end, luxury clients or CEOs, providing private client/concierge-style service.
