The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant to support the Office team with day-to-day operations. This role will ensure the smooth running of the office environment while providing administrative and operational support across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy office setting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the day-to-day running of the office to ensure a smooth and organised workplace
- Manage office supplies, kitchen stock, deliveries, and supplier coordination
- Liaise with building management, maintenance providers, and external vendors
- Coordinate meeting rooms, team events, travel bookings, and office logistics
- Provide administrative support across teams, including calendars, documents, reports, and records
- Assist with onboarding new starters, including desk set-up and access coordination
- Act as a first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and general enquiries
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to internal requests promptly
- Ensure office procedures align with company policies and health & safety standards
- Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support as required
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in an office administration, coordinator, or operations support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
