The Programme:

The Technology Graduate Programme has been carefully designed to provide you with a robust understanding of the technological underpinnings of our business. From user solutions to systems engineering, you will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of our Engineering teams ranging from UI/UX designers, full stack engineers to data scientists and machine learning. In parallel, you will be equipped with a rigorous educational curriculum – consisting of interactive modules, seminars, and group discussions – to supplement your learning and development. The programme will offer a rotational work model where you'll have the opportunity to join teams that best align with your strengths and long-term career goals.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong academic background in a STEM discipline.
  • Exceptional programming ability, paired with a natural flair for problem-solving.
  • Deep intellectual curiosity and a habit of asking "why?" until the answer is clear.
  • The confidence to challenge ideas and the openness to be constructively challenged in return.
