As a Front of House Concierge Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a warm welcome while maintaining a safe, secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a client-facing presence, providing a welcoming and professional service to occupiers, visitors, and contractors.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, responding to queries and issues in a courteous and proactive manner.
- Assist with front-of-house activities where required, ensuring site standards are maintained.
- Escalate incidents or concerns in line with site procedures.
- Carry out security duties including access control, monitoring alarms, and incident reporting.
Qualifications
- Valid SIA Licence
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history.
- Punctual and reliable.

- Knowledge of the MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
