The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Commercial Growth responsible for identifying new business opportunities using data mining and market intelligence, supporting targeted marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and providing bid support to maximise conversion opportunities.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will create and execute a commercial growth strategy that drives new business acquisition, enhances customer retention, and maximises revenue opportunities. This role will be based primarily in an office environment.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, supporting diversification and long-term revenue growth.
- Own and continuously enhance Dardan's commercial operating model, embedding scalable sales processes and best practice across the function.
- Develop and implement structured lead management, qualification and nurturing processes to maximise conversion and customer acquisition.
- Provide strategic leadership and commercial oversight to ensure all marketing activity supports business growth, strengthens brand positioning and delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
- Oversee Dardan's brand positioning, thought leadership, digital presence, sales collateral and customer success stories to strengthen market differentiation.
- Provide strategic oversight of Dardan's corporate events programme, ensuring conferences, exhibitions, networking events and hospitality activities support business development, strengthen client relationships and enhance brand visibility.
Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales methodologies, account management and business development
- Ability to translate commercial strategy into measurable business outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and application to sales management, reporting and forecasting
- Ability to maximise commercial opportunities through networking, events and strategic relationship management
- Excellent knowledge of sales governance, pipeline management, forecasting and commercial performance management
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial leadership experience
- Candidates from progressive B2B sectors with experience of modern sales methodologies, digital marketing, CRM-led selling and data-driven commercial operations are encouraged to apply
