Dardan has invested in a state-of-the-art communications hub based at our Head Office in Cambridge, manned 24/7.
The Control Room is the epicenter of our business; it manages call-offs, monitors CCTV systems, handles reporting, conducts staff welfare checks, and provides telephone and email support for the business and clients. Our team supports both static and mobile operations, focusing on finding solutions to rostering gaps.
Our Hiring Philosophy
