The Opportunity
As a Relief Security Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a warm welcome while maintaining a safe, secure environment. This role requires a flexible individual who can provide cover as needed, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):
- Carry out regular security duties including patrols, access control, monitoring alarms, and incident reporting
- Act as a client‑facing presence, providing a welcoming and professional service to occupiers, visitors, and contractors
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, responding to queries and issues in a courteous and proactive manner
- Assist with front‑of‑house activities where required, ensuring site standards are maintained
- Escalate incidents or concerns in line with site procedures
Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Valid SIA Licence
- Right to work in the UK and a five‑year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable

- Knowledge of the MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
