The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Mobile Response Officer to become part of the Mobile Security team across Ipswich, helping us to continue to deliver an exceptional security service and support our clients. Your duties include (but are not limited to):
- Report writing and gathering intelligence data
- Attending call-outs and identifying key issues
- Locking and unlocking of premises
- Alarm activations and ad hoc tasks
- Conduct full patrols of the local areas on your assigned beat
Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (required)
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
