This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and data reporting for the commercial side of the business. It\’s an excellent opportunity for a diligent, methodical, and analytical individual who enjoys working with data—reviewing reports, identifying trends, and drawing insights from analytics. While you\’ll be an integral part of our talented Finance team, collaborating closely with Business Services, the role also offers a level of independence and ownership over the data and information you manage. Key responsibilities include overseeing both new and existing client data, ensuring all tasks are carried out proactively and within tight deadlines. Comprehensive training will be provided on our internal master system. Strong Excel skills, particularly with functions like VLOOKUP, are essential for success in this role. Management of the company renewal process of all house accounts Working with Finance and Business Services in relation to all invoice reconciliation and analysis Produce monthly and quarterly statistics for analysis Investigate invoice queries and the production of backing sheets to validate invoices Performing regular audits of our internal operating system to ensure operational effectiveness is maintained Essential Skills and Experience Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history Passionate about data, analysis and reporting Knowledge of the MS packages (Excel essential) Highly intuitive with a curious mindset Pro-active and methodical We are Dardan Dardan is a people focused, privately owned specialist security company.
