The role of Security Manager is highly respected and will form an integral part of the site's leadership team, responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across this prestigious corporate site.
This is a visible and influential position that requires a proactive leader capable of delivering outstanding security services while fostering strong working relationships with the client, colleagues, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Managing the day‑to‑day security operation across the client site
- Leading, mentoring and developing the onsite security team, ensuring professional standards and compliance requirements are met
- Conducting regular audits, inspections and risk assessments
- Managing access control systems, CCTV operations and security technologies
- Developing and implementing site security procedures
- Liaising closely with the client, contractors and key stakeholders
- Managing staff rotas, attendance, performance reviews and training requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies, site instructions and relevant legislation
Full in‑house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Valid SIA Licence
- Previous experience in a Security Supervisor, Security Manager or similar leadership role
- Right to work in the UK and a five‑year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
