The Opportunity
Our client is a full-service global commercial real estate company. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Security Manager to take ownership of the security operations for a leading business park in Cambridgeshire. You will take ownership of operational performance across this prestigious client site, ensuring consistent, high-quality security service delivery. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on responsibility, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to build a strong security culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the on-site security team, ensuring high performance
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Responsible for ensuring that procedures for the security staff remain up to date
- Managing resource planning and scheduling
- Conduct routine patrols to identify and report security risks or incidents
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports of security-related activities
- Control access and egress, verifying authorisation of individuals entering the premises
Full in-house training will be provided.
Qualifications
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
