The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated CCTV Officer to join our security team at one of our prestigious client sites. Our client is the region's award-winning shopping centre located in the heart of Cambridge city centre and surrounded by historic architecture. The centre is home to a range of premium high street retailers offering an exceptional shopping experience.
As a CCTV Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring CCTV systems, identifying potential risks, investigating incidents, and supporting the wider security operation.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems in accordance with company procedures
- Liaise with on-site security teams, management and retailers when required
- Respond effectively to emergencies, alarms, and incidents
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and CCTV operational procedures
- Support with building a community partnership
- Deliver excellent customer service to visitors and tenants
Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Valid CCTV Licence
- Valid SIA Licence
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
