We need a leader who can keep the engine running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Doing: Directly manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of 30-35 warehouse staff, driving a culture of high performance and accountability.
Oversee daily goods-in, storage, picking, and dispatch operations, ensuring all KPIs around OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery are met.
Manage shift rotas, labour allocation, and equipment maintenance to handle peak production and seasonal volume spikes.
Identify bottlenecks in the warehouse flow and implement practical solutions to reduce waste, improve pick accuracy, and optimise space.

For: You must hold a valid IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certificate.
Demonstrable experience directly managing and developing teams of 30+ workers.
