Key Responsibilities Client Growth: Serve as the primary daily contact for key accounts, driving revenue growth through new product ranges and seasonal expansions. Project Delivery: Lead the full New Product Development lifecycle, translating client briefs into realities by coordinating creative teams and timelines. Commercial Control: Oversee pricing, contractual agreements, and negotiations to maximise competitiveness while protecting profit margins. Cross-Functional Operations: Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure all project deadlines and specifications are met. Strategic Support: Assist company directors with broader international business development initiatives. What You Bring Industry Background: Experience in account or project management within the FMCG or consumer goods sector, ideally working with major retailers. Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of margins Project Expertise: Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stage product rollouts simultaneously. Communication: A confident relationship-builder who can effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders
