DarcyBrook Procurement & Supply are looking to recruit a Demand Planner for a leading business in their sector. This role comes with excellent benefits and hybrid working. Due to our clients location a car and valid licence are essential. The Candidate : ● Analytical skills and a Microsoft Excel experience to advanced level ● Demand Planning experience ● Experience of analysing trends within a supply chain ● Confident communicator across all levels The Role: ● Manage and sustain availability within agreed KPI’s ● Manage forecasts and parameters within the inventory management systems to meet demand ● Manage and develop the range and stock profile in line within agreed stock turn KPI’s. ● Understand all aspects of the supply chain and ordering process to continually improve and develop efficient processes ● Identify variances, trends and communicate route cause analysis and resolution Benefits: ● Hybrid working – 3 days in office / 2 days working from home ● 25 days holiday and 8 days bank holiday a year ● Excellent Company Pension ● Private Healthcare ● Death in service x4 annual salary ● Income protection ● Bonus scheme
