The Role
You will take full ownership of the subcontract life cycle, from pre-tender appraisals and contract awards to post-contract performance reviews. Acting as a bridge between estimating and site teams, you will ensure every project is backed by high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Management: Lead the subcontract supply chain from initial tender to final performance review.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Estimating, Commercial, and Construction teams to align with project budgets and timelines.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate a high-performing network of new and existing subcontractors.
