DarcyBrook Procurement & Supply has been engaged to recruit an experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist for a leading world renowned brand. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Indirect Procurement team's strategy to deliver substantial savings and operational improvements.
- Oversee agile sourcing processes, negotiate favourable terms, and implement strong supplier performance metrics.
- Build productive relationships across IT, marketing, legal, facilities, and finance to align procurement with wider business goals.
- Coach junior team members and collaborate with the Head of Procurement to refine the target operating model.
- Leverage market insights to mitigate risks and identify new opportunities in high-spend categories.
