Our luxury care home in the beautiful town of Matlock, Derbyshire provides personalised Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Palliative care for up to 78 residents. We’re now looking for a warm, organised and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our home.
What We Offer
- £12.21 per hour
- 15 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday - 9AM-5PM)
- Paid DBS, pension scheme, and uniform provided
- Free onsite parking
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)
What You Will Do
- Welcome and Support: Greet and assist residents, visitors, and professionals with warmth and professionalism.
- Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, update resident information, and assist with filing and photocopying.
- Office Organisation: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Policy Adherence: Follow company procedures and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Other Duties: Carry out reasonable tasks as requested by the Home Manager.
