Up to £45k base + £30k bonus (paid quarterly). Our client is a leading digital media business that’s looking for a commercially driven Programmatic Account Manager to join their London team. You’ll be the key link between internal commercial teams and external agency partners, helping to deliver high-impact omnichannel advertising campaigns through programmatic channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow strategic relationships with digital media agencies to increase programmatic investment.
- Translate client briefs into targeted programmatic proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (AdOps, Analytics, Audience, etc.) to ensure campaign setup, delivery, and optimisation.
- Act as the first point of contact for campaign performance queries related to programmatic activity.
- Knowledge share - Educate and support commercial teams with up-to-date programmatic.
About You:
- 2+ years of agency (programmatic) sales experience.
- Proven experience in programmatic advertising or digital media planning/buying.
- Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem (DSPs, data strategies, audience segmentation).
- Comfortable presenting programmatic solutions clearly and confidently.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities.
- Knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and the wider AdTech landscape.
