We supply businesses across the UK & internationally with Commercial Debt Recovery and Credit Management solutions. This role supports the Finance Department through a period of growth. We are looking for a person who has experience in a varied role within an Accounts/Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Payables report for payment run.
  • Allocate payments for both sales & purchase invoices.
  • Bank reconciliation and problem solving of miscellaneous transactions.
  • Carry out daily business reporting.
  • Experience in Credit Control.
  • Assist in preparation for VAT returns.
  • Call handling and assist with overflow/inbound calls.
  • Handling of mailboxes.
  • Adhoc accounts/admin tasks as and when required.

Required Skills

  • Competent in Sales & Purchase Ledger processing.
  • Competent in bank reconciliations.
  • Good IT skills in Microsoft Excel/Outlook etc.
  • High standard of attention to detail.
  • Team player.

Additional Information

  • Full Time Position; hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
  • On Site Parking
  • Company Pension Scheme - (Enrolled at 3 months’).
  • Salary Sacrifice/Salary Exchange Scheme (Enrolled at 3 months’ with Pension scheme).
  • Life Assurance (Death in Service at 4 times base salary; enrolled at 6 months’).
  • Electric Car Scheme (Offering at 6 months’).

Location: Based in our offices in Blantyre just outside Glasgow.
