We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join the Twinkl Group and help drive customer growth, engagement, and retention. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers, supporting schools and educators to get the most value from Twinkl’s products and services. You’ll build strong relationships, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and upsell Twinkl products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support onboarding and customer engagement activities
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Help improve retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services

- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or sales-focused roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and organized approach
- Experience upselling or cross-selling products/services
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Passion for education and supporting educators
