We are looking for a dedicated School Facilities Manager at Lift Kingsley to play a key role in ensuring our school remains a safe, secure, and well‑maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security, and health and safety across our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the school premises daily (split shift pattern), including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Act as the principal key holder and respond to emergency call‑outs as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and health & safety procedures.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Physical fitness to carry out manual tasks.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
