We wish to appoint from August 2026 (or sooner if possible) a Head of Admissions to lead our admissions programme across all entry points. Queen's Gate is a light-hearted, aspirational school that prides itself on offering warm, personalised attention to prospective families whilst maintaining a smooth, professional experience.
As a key member of our Operations Staff, you will report directly to the Principal and work closely with the Head of Marketing, Communications & Examinations Assistant, and Events Assistant to ensure our admissions process reflects our core values of originality, creativity, and generosity of spirit.
You will be responsible for managing all admissions across both our Junior and Senior Schools, with the flexibility to delegate some Junior School admissions work to the Junior School Secretary whilst retaining overall responsibility. You will keep the Principal regularly updated on pupil numbers, registrations, and any significant matters that arise.
Your role is pivotal: prospective parents often encounter Queen's Gate through you first, so you will be instrumental in conveying the warm, welcoming ethos that defines our school. This position demands professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for detail.
