About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Architectural Planner to lead the planning and conceptual development of complex architectural projects. This role blends strategic planning, advanced design thinking, and technical execution, requiring a professional who can challenge conventional approaches and deliver innovative, context-driven solutions. Architectural planners are responsible for coordinating design, planning, and regulatory integration across projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and conceptual design for a diverse portfolio of projects (mixed-use, infrastructure, or large-scale developments).
  • Develop innovative and unconventional planning strategies that respond to environmental, cultural, and economic contexts.
  • Translate client briefs into visionary spatial concepts, diagrams, and development frameworks.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to align design intent with technical feasibility.
  • Oversee project planning from inception to completion, including feasibility studies, zoning analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Integrate sustainability, resilience, and smart-city principles into planning strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working in international or multidisciplinary environments is highly desirable.
Technical Skills

Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in industry-standard and advanced design tools, including:

  • Maya (advanced modeling / visualization)
