Position Summary: The Infrastructure Engineer will work in a multi-disciplinary design environment and must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Infrastructure: Focuses on planning, designing, and delivering resilient water and environment infrastructure, ensuring sustainable solutions across the lifecycle of projects in urban, industrial, and natural systems.
- Business Development: Supports growth by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and building client partnerships, while aligning with Dar's wider presence and ambitions across the Middle East and Africa.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or Masters in Civil Engineering; significant years of experience in UK and international markets; proven experience in the design of water, wastewater, treatment plants, storm water drainage, including the use of hydraulic modelling commercially available software; managing infrastructure projects, including interfacing.
- Behavioural Competencies: Strategic and systems thinker with a business-oriented mindset; excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities; resilient, agile, and comfortable managing ambiguity and change.
